2004 - The Story of Carbon
A science and dance production inspired by Primo Levi’s account of the carbon atom, the performance combined traditional classical Indian dance forms and contemporary dance with a musical fusion of Indian classical, jazz and modern styles with digital projection. The project was a major success, touring the production across the UK and India.
2000 - Ashtanayika
This production was inspired by the description of the eight heroines in the Natya Shastra – an ancient Indian text vividly bringing to life the force and fragility of eight states of moods and emotions that traverse ages and continents.
